Corning FREEDM® LSZH™ flat-drop riser cables are flame-retardant, indoor/outdoor cables suitable for installation in aerial, duct and riser applications. FREEDM LSZH flat-drop riser cables provide the simple installation of standard FREEDM cable in an easy-access single-tube design. The small, lightweight tray-rated cables have been tested to meet mechanical and environmental conditions exceeding the requirements for traditional telecom cables. The cable jacket consists of a flame-retardant, non-halogenated, limited-smoke material that provides UV and chemical resistance. The all-dielectric design eliminates any bonding and grounding requirements. Compatible with industry-standard hardware and available in preconnectorized AnyLAN™ assemblies, FREEDM LSZH flat-drop riser cables are the perfect solution for indoor/outdoor drop applications. A drop cable access tool is also available, making installations faster, safer and easier.
